We guarantee that your Ohio Signature Beef Products will arrive fresh, in good condition, and you will receive what you ordered If you are unsatisfied, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call 1-877-858-9965. Please notify us of any problems by the next business day.
Please make arrangements to receive your package. If you are shipping products as a gift, double check address(es), and notify the recipient that a perishable food gift is being shipped to them.
Failure/ damage due to incomplete or incorrect address voids our guarantee. We can not guarantee shipment if the recipient is not present to receive the package.
Delivery Policy
You must provide a valid street address. (No P.O. Box address will be accepted for shipment.) All Ohio Signature Beef (Fresh Frozen Products) are shipped Monday-Wednesday only to assure proper delivery. All Ohio Heritage Beef (Shelf Stable Products) are shipped Monday-Friday. We ship only in the continental United States.
